lose it quickly. Here are 10 tips to help you get a jump start
for your quick weight loss:
1. Start with a juice fast of 24 to 48 hours.
2. Make sure that exercise is part of your daily or weekly

3. Do not follow fad diets. While they may give you weight loss
quickly, you'll usually gain the weight back.
4. Drink plenty of water. Water will make you feel full, and it
will also make sure that you're hydrated. Dehydration will lead
to a slowdown of your metabolism and will make it harder for you
to lose weight.
5. Eat foods that will help boost your metabolism. One such food
is chili peppers. Red and green chili peppers have an ingredient
called capsaicin that will help you burn more calories for up to
two days after consuming them.
6. Avoid sodas. Sugary sodas should be avoided, but even the
diet sodas can make it harder for you to lose weight. Simply by
cutting out all sodas and drinking water or some other
non-calorie beverage instead can help you lose up to 7 pounds in
one week and keep it off.
7. Join a support group for your weight loss goals. Being
involved with online or off- line weight loss support groups has
been shown to help people lose weight faster and keep it off
longer.
8. Read labels on your food. Make sure that you don't fall for
packaging gimmicks. You need to make sure that you know exactly
what is in the food that is going inside of you.
9. When at all possible, eat food that is closer to being in its
original form. For example, choose to eat regular corn instead
of a corn fritter. Or you could eat plain oatmeal instead of an
oatmeal cookie.
10. Avoid eating a large number of prepackaged frozen meals. The
sodium that is contained in them can sabotage your weight loss
efforts.
